Franck, a shy young police officer, works in the Oise. Behind his badge he hides a horrible secret: he is in fact a dangerous psychopath who stalks, attacks and kills young women he encounters during his travels. As his brigade inherits the investigation, Franck uses the opportunity to cover his tracks even better. He continues to kill.
