Natalia Haddad is back in Richmond, Virginia after retiring from the New York City Ballet. She is working at the Richmond Ballet studio as a choreographer for this year's production of The Nutcracker. Vivíana Serrano, an aspiring ballerina who grew up training at her parents' Latin Dance school, The Baila Studio, auditions for the coveted role of the Sugar Plum Fairy.
